$RSR After the sharp drop, the first hourly rebound has appeared, but I’ll wait and see whether it can reclaim the area that was lost. From 09:00 to 10:00, the price rose 2.79% and the low moved higher, but trading volume was 58.43% lower than in the previous hour. OI rose 3.69% over the same period. Improvement is evident, but whether it can continue will need to be confirmed by subsequent closes.

At 10:04 on October 13, Binance’s RSRUSDT perpetual contract was quoted at 0.002000, up 22.549% over the rolling 24 hours, with approximately 551.9 million USDT in trading volume. It ranked second among 523 eligible USDT perpetual contracts. The gain over the past day remains substantial, but the short-term picture has shifted from a pullback to a rebound under observation. The 24-hour ranking should not be used as a substitute for assessing the current structure.

In the 07:00 update, after two consecutive hourly closes at 0.002157 and declining lows, I said to watch whether 0.002095 would hold. From 07:00 to 08:00, the close was 0.002159 and the low rose to 0.002119, which looked like some relief. But from 08:00 to 09:00, the price fell from 0.002159 to 0.001939, down 10.19%, with a low of 0.001908—decisively breaking through the level watched in the previous update. The close initially appeared stable, but that did not develop into a meaningful recovery. This failed attempt must be acknowledged.

From 09:00 to 10:00, the price opened at 0.001938, reached a high of 0.002014, a low of 0.001930, and closed at 0.001992. The low was above 0.001908, and the close was also higher than in the previous hour, indicating that support after the sharp drop had improved. However, the high remained below 0.002095, the level that had previously been lost, so the rebound has not yet recovered the area of the earlier pullback. For now, it makes more sense to assess whether the lows can continue to rise than to conclude that the market has returned to strength.

Trading volume fell from approximately 31.12 million USDT in the 08:00–09:00 period to about 12.94 million in the 09:00–10:00 period. The sharp drop came with rising volume, while the rebound came with falling volume, showing that trading activity was not symmetrical in the two directions. A rise on lower volume could mean selling pressure has temporarily eased, or that participation has declined. If volume recovers but the price still cannot break above 0.002014, we will need to reassess how effectively the market is absorbing selling. A price increase alone is not enough to infer that net buying has increased.

OI rose from 5.814 billion tokens at 09:00 to 6.029 billion at 10:00, an increase of 3.69%, and is now above the 5.892 billion recorded at 08:00. New open exposure is forming, but OI alone cannot indicate its direction. The price and OI rising together is a change worth monitoring beyond a simple rebound driven by position closures, but confirmation still requires higher closes and a reclaim of the area that was lost. An increase in OI does not, by itself, mean that bulls have gained the upper hand.

The completed 04:00–08:00 four-hour candle closed at 0.002159, still below the 0.002299 close from 00:00–04:00. The latest 08:00–12:00 window is not yet complete; only two full hourly candles are available, so it is too early to declare a four-hour reversal. The latest available settled funding rate, from 08:00, was negative. It does not guarantee a rebound and is not the real-time rate at 10:00; I will not use it to draw a directional conclusion here.

I rechecked Reserve’s official website and governance-related updates, but found no verified evidence sufficient to attribute this rebound to an announcement made today. The project’s mechanisms and current buying and selling demand need to be verified separately; older governance or token-unlock discussions should not be presented as a newly occurring catalyst.

Next, I’ll first watch whether 0.002014 can be broken and then hold through a pullback, before assessing whether 0.002095 and 0.002119 can be reclaimed. On the downside, 0.001930 is the level to watch. If it fails, I’ll reassess 0.001908 rather than continue relying on the view that the lows are rising. If the lows hold, closes continue to move higher, and trading volume shows no marked loss of momentum, the rebound may then qualify as a structural recovery.
