To be honest, seeing “An exchange has placed a sell order for about $5.3 million in spot BTC at $82,071, roughly 0.40% from the current price” reminded me of when I first got into crypto.
Back then, whenever I saw news, I wanted to jump in right away. As a result, several times I chased the market near the midpoint and sold near the bottom.
Now what I do is: read the original post first, then wait for the market to show its hand, and only then decide whether to act. I’ll do the same this time, too.$BTC
At the end of the day, the easiest mistake to make isn’t getting the call wrong—it’s letting one piece of news set the pace.
