🚨 To Binance Management: We demand fairness and transparency, not unjustified penalties!

An open letter to Binance management and all members of the Binance community

Dear Binance Management,

I am writing this article to express the frustration of a number of users who encounter an issue when trying to claim red envelope rewards. They receive a message stating that the system detected unusual behavior during the claim attempt.

Behind this message are real users, questions waiting for clear answers, and people who want to understand why they were restricted and how they can resolve the issue.

And this raises an important question:

Is it fair for users to remain restricted without an adequate explanation of the reasons and without an effective way to have the decision reviewed and appeal it?

First: Security matters, but fairness matters just as much

We understand that Binance seeks to protect its platform from fraud, campaign abuse, and activities that violate the rules. We do not oppose taking the necessary measures to protect the platform and its users.

However, protecting the platform should not come at the expense of fairness and transparency.

When the system detects unusual activity in an account, affected users have the right to receive an appropriate explanation for the restriction, to the extent permitted by security considerations, and to be given a genuine opportunity to have the decision reviewed.

An automated system alert should be the beginning of an investigation, not the end of the conversation with the user.

Second: Why should compliant users bear the consequences of other people’s mistakes?

If it is confirmed that some accounts misused red packets or violated the participation terms, it is only natural to take appropriate action against the accounts responsible.

But what about users who believe they have not violated any rules, yet find themselves unable to claim rewards?

We are not calling for the rules to be abolished, nor are we asking for anyone to receive special privileges. We are asking for the rules to be applied fairly, distinguishing between confirmed violations and cases where the system may have incorrectly assessed activity.

Fairness means holding violators accountable, as well as giving affected users a fair opportunity to make their case.

Third: The lack of explanation undermines trust

Trust is one of the most important foundations of the relationship between any platform and its user community.

When users encounter a problem and receive neither a clear explanation nor a reasonable review timeline, they become frustrated and increasingly concerned about the future of their accounts.

Not every complaint has to end with the restriction being lifted, but users should feel that their complaints are being seriously reviewed and that there is a clear way to understand and, if necessary, appeal the decision.

Clear communication and effective reviews do not just protect users; they also strengthen the platform’s credibility and the community’s trust in it.

Fourth: Our requests to Binance Management

We appeal to Binance Management and the relevant support teams to consider the following requests:

1. Review affected accounts: Examine cases where users believe they were restricted by mistake.

2. Explain the reasons for the restriction: Provide users with an understandable explanation while keeping sensitive security details confidential.

3. Provide a genuine human review: Give users the opportunity to request a review by a specialized team when they believe an automated decision is incorrect.

4. Set a reasonable response time: Do not leave users waiting in uncertainty without knowing what the next steps are.

5. Apply proportionate and fair measures: Take appropriate action when a violation is confirmed, and correct errors when a review uncovers them.

These are not extraordinary demands, but a call for clear and fair procedures that respect both the platform and its users.

Fifth: Our message to Binance leadership

To Binance Management,

Your community is not just numbers, accounts, and transactions. It is made up of people who devote their time to the platform, take part in its campaigns, publish content, and contribute to the growth of its community.

They have the right to have someone listen to their concerns and take them seriously.

We are not asking Binance to abandon its security systems. We are asking for these systems to be accompanied by transparency, fairness, and the possibility of reviewing decisions.

A platform’s strength is measured not only by its ability to detect violations, but also by its ability to treat fairly users who may be harmed by an incorrect decision.

If a user violates the rules, their case should be investigated and appropriate action taken. If a user is restricted by mistake, they should have a genuine opportunity to resolve the issue.

No compliant user should feel unable to defend their position simply because the system classified their activity as unusual.

📢 Our final message: We hope our voice reaches Binance Management

We call on Binance Management to address the red packet issue, review affected cases, and provide a clear and effective process for submitting complaints and appeals.

Our goal is not to confront the platform, but to reach a fair solution.

We believe that security and fairness can go hand in hand, that transparency builds trust, and that listening to users is an essential part of developing any successful platform.

We are calling for three clear things: fairness, transparency, and concrete action to resolve the problem.

📢 We invite all users facing the same problem to share their experiences respectfully and widely repost this article so our voice reaches Binance Management and the teams responsible for reviewing these restrictions.

A single post can open the door to dialogue, and our voices together may help draw attention to the problem.

Together, we can call for fair treatment and a more transparent and equitable community.
