Before a breakout, there are always people who get shaken out by a dip. For $BTW , I think the main trend is still intact. Both the four-hour and hourly charts are above their moving averages, so the underlying trend is still there. Buyers are also overpowering sellers on the 15-minute chart, so I’d rather view the current pullback as consolidation before another push up.
The daily chart is still moving within a range, but most signals are pointing upward. So I’d look to open a small long position on a pullback within the range, with the first target in sight. If price holds above that level, then I’d look higher.
