Odaily Planet Daily reports that Starknet said on X that most blockchains have no quantum security plan and can only respond by migrating funds. Its network supports upgrading cryptographic schemes without changing user addresses or migrating funds, a capability it calls “cryptographic agility” in response to quantum risks. Starknet said it has compared the quantum security preparedness of 10 networks.
