#比特币期权波动率创五年新低

Damn, Wall Street is secretly buying insurance on Bitcoin! $BTC Volatility has hit a five-year low, but I actually think a major move is brewing! 🚀

Guys, Bitcoin's recent price action is seriously testing everyone's patience.

In the morning, it looks ready to take off; by the afternoon, it's fallen back again. After watching the charts all evening, the price is still hovering around $83,500.

But data released by 10x Research made me realize things aren't that simple.

BTC's near-term options implied volatility has dropped to 33.5%, close to its lowest level in five years!

Even more interesting, institutional investors are buying put options at the $78,000 and $80,000 strike prices in large numbers. The biggest position has a notional value of around $204 million.

These Wall Street pros are sharp. They're locking in downside protection while it's cheap—but that doesn't necessarily mean they're planning to sell their holdings!

Now look at the futures market: BTC's price hasn't moved much, but open interest has climbed from $7.73 billion to $7.87 billion.

The price is range-bound, while open interest has increased by $140 million. That means both bulls and bears are stepping up their bets!
I’m leaning toward the bulls breaking the deadlock first.

If BTC decisively breaks above $84,340, the first target is $85,000, followed by $87,000! 🔥

Low volatility doesn't guarantee a huge surge, but I'm more optimistic about an upside breakout in the days ahead.

The most interesting part is that retail traders are losing patience with the sideways action, while leveraged positions in the market are still growing.

My view hasn't changed: I'm still bullish on $BTC !
The real frustration isn't Bitcoin failing to rise—it's being unable to hold on during the sideways action, then being too afraid to chase once it finally takes off.

I'll keep waiting for the bulls to make their move this time, and I expect BTC to make a run straight for $85,000! 🚀
