Why can different people draw completely opposite conclusions from the same set of on-chain data?
On-chain data only records transfers on the blockchain. Trades made internally on exchanges and off-chain transactions do not appear in on-chain records.
Transaction records on public blockchains are open to everyone. You can use a block explorer to check any address’s balance and transfer history.
