① Closing price: An intraday move above the level doesn't count; it only qualifies as a valid breakout if the price closes above 0.16;
② Retest: Can it hold near 0.16 on a pullback? If it holds, that confirms the level has flipped to support;
③ Volume: Did trading volume pick up during the breakout? A breakout on low volume is more likely to be reversed.
