#比特币期权波动率创五年新低 Damn, Wall Street has pushed volatility expectations for $BTC down to a five-year low! I actually think BTC is gearing up for its next rapid rally! 🚀
Guys, Bitcoin's recent price action has really been testing our patience.
It ticks up a little and people sell; it dips a little and others buy. It keeps bouncing around $83,000, leaving both bulls and bears frustrated.
But a set of data recently published by 10x Research has made me even more optimistic about what's ahead.
Implied volatility for near-month BTC options has fallen to 33.5%, close to a five-year low!
This shows that the options market has fairly low expectations for future price swings.
What's even more interesting is that some big players are taking advantage of cheap options and buying puts to protect their positions.
Wall Street buying insurance doesn't mean they've given up on the rally.
Now look at the futures market: earlier, while BTC was trading sideways around $83,500, open interest rose from $7.73 billion to $7.87 billion.
The price barely moved, but futures positions increased by $140 million.
The market looks quiet on the surface, but traders are still positioning behind the scenes.
What I'm looking forward to now is BTC ending this boring sideways stretch and breaking upward again.
My targets are clear: first $84,340, then $85,000, and after that, keep an eye on $87,000! 🔥
Low volatility doesn't guarantee an upside breakout, but I still think this bull run has plenty of explosive potential.
Many people have lost patience after being worn down by the sideways action, and some are even starting to think BTC has no momentum.
But a rapid rally doesn't usually give everyone advance notice.
My view hasn't changed: I'm still bullish on BTC and looking forward to a big green candle ending this boring sideways action! 🚀
