Those worried that XRP might be inflated can breathe a sigh of relief. The XRP Ledger Foundation has addressed questions raised by a recent security fix: a vulnerability had previously made it possible to bypass the rule against issuing additional XRP, but no new XRP was created. The vulnerability was fixed in version 3.4.1 about two weeks ago. Publicly available ledger data currently shows approximately 99.986 billion XRP, against a fixed maximum supply of 100 billion.

The biggest concern—that the supply could exceed its cap—has been ruled out by public data. No new tokens have entered the market, and the hard cap remains unchanged. With these technical concerns resolved, the overall outlook for XRP leans bullish, with a clear positive bias.
