On emotional days, people forget every principle. So I wrote them down and put them where I can see them:

1. Write down your stop-loss level before opening a position. If you can’t, don’t open one.

2. Never let the loss on a single trade exceed 2% of your capital. No exceptions.

3. Never add to a losing position or average down.

4. After three losing trades in a row, stop for the day. Watch, but don’t trade.

5. Withdraw some of your profits. The money leaves; the discipline stays.

That’s all five. Not one is about “how to read the market.” Because the reason people lose big money is never

that they misread the market—it’s that their execution fell apart. Let’s keep each other accountable.
