The previously spotlighted AI experiment Truman World has now launched a new token launchpad for AI characters.

It’s called Trumanpad.

Truman World was originally inspired by the film The Truman Show.

In this continuously running AI world, the protagonist, Truman, doesn’t know that he is living in a simulated environment.

Viewers can change his surroundings through interaction, but they cannot directly control every decision he makes.

Now, the team hopes to extend this AI character model to more creators.

According to Trumanpad’s official announcement, users can create an AI character with one click and issue a token for that character paired with $TRUMAN.

Each character can also have its own crypto wallet.

The official team has proposed a transaction tax distribution mechanism:

50% goes toward token burns.
30% is allocated to the AI character’s wallet.
20% goes to the character’s creator.

The most noteworthy part is the design of the AI wallet.

Trumanpad claims that each character has memory and reasoning capabilities and can independently decide how to use its funds.

In addition, the platform hopes to develop AI characters into influential virtual influencers over time by enabling communities to co-create content.

The official team also mentioned Higgsfield and Flap.sh, which are respectively related to AI content generation and token-related technology.

This model attempts to bring together three markets that were previously distinct:

AI virtual characters, community content creation, and cryptocurrency token economies.

However, the actual control mechanisms for character wallets, the transaction tax smart contract, and whether AI truly has the ability to make independent decisions about funds still need to be verified.

Token prices and trading volumes also do not mean that the AI characters themselves have established a sustainable source of business revenue.
