To expand the range of trading opportunities on Binance Futures and enhance users' trading experience, the following contract(s) will be admitted to trading on Binance RIE and admitted to clearing and settlement by Binance RCH at the times specified below:

• 12.10.2026 09:00 (UTC): ZCSHUSDT USDT-margined perpetual contract 

• 12.10.2026 09:05 (UTC): MSTUUSDT USDT-margined perpetual contract 

• 12.10.2026 09:10 (UTC): SNPSUSDT USDT-margined perpetual contract 

• 12.10.2026 09:15 (UTC): RDWUSDT USDT-margined perpetual contract 

More information about the aforementioned perpetual contracts is provided in the table below:

Please note: 

• This information is published as a notice pursuant to Rules 75 and 89 of the Exchange Rules and as a notice pursuant to Rule 76.6 of the Clearing Rules.

• The aforementioned perpetual contracts are exempt from the application of Rule 8.1 “Changes to the Funding Interval”. The funding interval will not be changed from eight hours to one hour if the previous funding rate settlement for the aforementioned perpetual contracts reaches the maximum or minimum funding rate. A separate announcement will be published if Binance Futures decides to increase the funding frequency for the aforementioned perpetual contracts to once every hour.

• Binance RIE may change the trading parameters of the aforementioned contracts from time to time in accordance with the Exchange Rules and Exchange Procedures. The applicable trading parameters at any given time are set out in the relevant Contract Specifications and in the Trading Parameters Table (USDⓈ-Margined Futures). 

• Binance RCH may change the maximum leverage and margin requirements in accordance with the Clearing Rules and Clearing Procedures. The applicable maximum leverage and margin requirements are set out in the Leverage and Margin Table (USDⓈ-Margined Futures). 

• Binance RCH may change the funding rate in accordance with the Clearing Rules and Clearing Procedures. The applicable funding rate parameters are set out in the Funding Rate Table (USDⓈ-Margined Futures).
