On Odaily, Bitcoin ($BTC ) has only moved +0.51% in the last 24 hours, currently priced at $83,483.29. A recent report from QCP Group indicates that the US government is transferring large amounts of Bitcoin ($BTC ), and the Ledger hack is also causing disruption. The market is still range-bound, with relatively stable support at $80,000, while $87,000 has been tested multiple times without success.

The report places the next target after a valid break above $87,000 at $94,000. Implied volatility remains high, and put option premiums are narrowing. End-of-month positions are concentrated on bullish butterfly long positions expiring on October 30th with strike prices of $90,000, $95,000, and $100,000, which seems more like waiting for direction than adding defensive positions.

This week's US CPI and PPI data, along with Warsh's speech at the IMF and World Bank annual meetings, have priced in a probability of an October rate hike of approximately 17%. If the volume doesn't increase significantly beyond 87,000, I won't set 94,000 as a near-term target for now.
