【AVAX’s latest rally: a genuine recovery or just a flash in the pan?】

AVAX $ 11.07, up 7.3% in 24 hours.

Honestly, when I saw these figures, my first reaction wasn’t excitement—it was caution.

I’ve seen this kind of signal too many times: a 7.3% intraday gain accompanied by rising trading volume. The question isn’t how much it’s gone up, but who’s buying—and why?

A lot of people see the 48.6% gain over 30 days and jump in, thinking, “It’s down 92% and near the bottom—time to buy the dip.” I made the same mistake back when I was in e-commerce, assuming a low price meant an opportunity. Reality taught me that there’s usually a reason something is cheap.

From a business perspective, the key question for AVAX right now is whether its subnet ecosystem is actually gaining traction. Last year, I looked at several projects deployed on AVAX subnets. Frankly, they showed promise, but they’re still a long way from operating at scale. Have institutional users actually come in and started using them? I haven’t seen enough solid data to say so.

What would it take for things to become real? If AVAX is truly reversing course, it needs more than retail investors chasing the rally. It needs enterprise applications generating real transaction volume on its subnets. The price has risen, but that central question remains unanswered.

I’m not saying this rally won’t hold. I’m saying that if you’re heavily invested, consider trimming your position gradually; if your position is small, don’t rush to chase it. First, let’s see whether it can hold above the $ 11.29 resistance level. We can talk after that.

Have you seen any real, active applications in the AVAX ecosystem lately? I’m watching a few areas—if I see progress, I’ll share it here.
