The HKEX trading arrangements announcement confirms that the Pando Solana ETF (stock code 2831; stock short name: PANDO SOL) will begin trading on October 13 (Tuesday), with a board lot of 100 shares. The fund is a passive product that tracks the CME CF Solana Dollar Index (Asia Pacific Closing Price). Its subscription period runs from October 6 to 12, and its indicative offer price is approximately HK$7.8–8.0, making the entry cost about HK$800 per board lot. The management fee is 0.6%, the estimated ongoing charges figure is approximately 1.6%, and the fund pays no dividends and does not use leverage.

This is Pando’s third virtual asset spot ETF, following its Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs, and Hong Kong’s second spot $SOL ETF, after ChinaAMC’s 03460. The HKEX notice dated October 9 confirmed its eligibility, custody and settlement arrangements. Global spot SOL ETFs have approximately US$1.9 billion in combined assets under management and cumulative net inflows of approximately US$1.61 billion (according to Solana’s figures).

Hong Kong-listed ETFs provide spot exposure through a brokerage account. Fees, trading activity and tracking error remain key factors when comparing the fund with the ChinaAMC product; returns depend on changes in the underlying asset’s price, less fees.
