Don't rush in P2P
🚨 The biggest trap in P2P isn't a fake payment receipt—it's rushing.
After 2+ years of P2P on Binance, Bybit, and OKX, I've noticed that almost every problem starts with the phrase “Hurry up, I'm short on time.”
My rules before releasing crypto:
I confirm the order only when the money has actually arrived in my account. A payment screenshot doesn't count as proof.
The payment must come from the account holder, and the name must match the order. Payments from third parties mean an appeal.
I communicate only in the order chat. “Let's move to Telegram” is a red flag.
I check not only the rating, but also how old the account is and how many trades it has.
I check my balance in the banking app, not via SMS. SMS messages can be faked.
Two minutes of checking is cheaper than losing money and getting your account blocked.
