After this news broke, I’d ask three questions about capital flows:
1. Are large orders skewed toward buying or selling?
2. Is trading volume for $BTC ($785 million over 24 hours) continuing to grow?
3. Are there any large transfers from on-chain wallets to trading platforms?
If all three point in the same direction, then capital is validating the news; otherwise, it’s probably just noise.
The market already knew about this, so it’s unlikely to have much more impact.
