【In-Depth Analysis】Tokenized stocks’ market cap hits a record $3.9 billion—is RWA the strongest theme of 2026?

Data from Token Terminal shows that the total market cap of tokenized stocks has surpassed $3.9 billion, setting a new all-time high: the $BNB Chain leads with $1.2 billion, followed by $ETH 8.42 hundred million and $SOL 7.42 hundred million. The three major public blockchains account for 70% of the total.

Traditional finance is also picking up the pace: Binance Futures has listed perpetual contracts for U.S. stocks such as ZCSH and MSTU; Canary has launched the first U.S. staked TRX ETF (TRXS); and the Pando SOL ETF is set to debut on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange tomorrow. Global SOL spot ETFs now have $1.9 billion in net assets and cumulative net inflows of $1.61 billion.

⚠️ But flows are sending a divergent signal: BTC spot ETFs saw $681 million in net outflows last week, while ETH ETFs saw $542 million in net outflows, ending three consecutive weeks of net inflows. Are institutions taking profits, or rotating out of BTC to position for the new RWA narrative?

On the macro front, oil prices fell and safe-haven sentiment eased after Trump announced an “energy ceasefire” between Russia and Ukraine, giving risk assets a window to catch their breath. Infrastructure developments are also accelerating: Injective became the first Layer 1 to receive SEC registration as a transfer agent, while Standard Chartered is providing institutional custody for RLUSD on the XRP Ledger. Regulatory-compliant infrastructure often paves the way for large-scale capital inflows.
