Scrolling through the news this afternoon, two numbers really caught my attention.

The total market cap of tokenized stocks has hit $3.9 billion, a new all-time high. $BNB Chain ranks first with $1.2 billion, followed by $ETH 8.4 billion and $SOL 7.4 billion. Those three chains account for 70% of the market. People used to say RWA was just a story, but now the money is really flowing in.

$SOL holders have something to look forward to tomorrow: Pando Finance’s Solana ETF will list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on October 13, becoming Hong Kong’s second. Its 1.6% management fee honestly isn’t cheap, but it’s a clear sign that traditional capital is getting involved.

The macro picture is pretty conflicted today: Trump unilaterally announced a Russia-Ukraine “energy ceasefire,” sending oil prices tumbling below $90; but oil tankers are still hitting mines in the Strait of Hormuz, while gold has climbed above $4,200. Even more concerning, market expectations for a December rate hike have already reached 80%—if high interest rates really persist through 2027, altcoins will have a rough time ahead.

My take: mainstream narratives like RWA and ETFs are gaining momentum, so they’re worth keeping an eye on. But liquidity expectations are tightening, so don’t get carried away with your position—keep some powder dry for a pullback.
