#比特币重回8.4万美元
84,000 has been crossed three times. It’s not resistance.
▪️ 9/24, 10/1, and today: reclaimed 84,000 three times
▪️ Oct. 8 low: 80,394; current price: 84,004, up 4.5%
▪️ When price moved above 84,000 in September, daily trading volume was 1.5–1.9 billion
▪️ Over these four days of recovery, the highest daily volume was just 1.02 billion
▪️ It took 3 days to fall back to the low and 4 days to recover
84,000 has been crossed repeatedly over the past three weeks: reclaimed once on 9/24, once on 10/1, and for the third time today. A level that needs to be broken wouldn’t be crossed back and forth like this. A price crossed three times is more like the midpoint of this range. The real resistance is at 87,000: price stalled there in September and didn’t get past it.
Same number, different volume: in September, it took over a billion in trading volume to hold above it. Now it takes only half as much. Trading volume on Oct. 8 was 1.78 billion—the highest of the past eight days—and that was also the day the price was lowest. The high-volume day saw a decline; these four low-volume days have seen a rise.
Price is back where it started, but with half as much money participating. Not one of these four days had trading volume above 1.1 billion. This recovery isn’t being driven by stronger buying; selling pressure eased first.
Keep an eye on three figures:
① Can price close above 84,000?
② Can daily trading volume return to 1.5 billion?
③ Will the 82,000 level hold? Only if all three conditions are met can we say price has broken out of this range.
Do you think this is a breakout, or just another move back and forth within the range?
