After this news comes out, I’ll ask three questions about capital flows:
1. Are large orders net buying or net selling?
2. Is trading volume for $BNB ($53.45 million over 24 hours) continuing to grow?
3. Are large holders making any unusual withdrawals from trading platforms?
Only when all three point in the same direction can we say the news has been validated by capital; otherwise, it’s probably just a passing flurry.
The news is only the starting point. How capital votes is the real answer.
