The second type: if your trading volume is large and has exceeded 5000 USD in the last three months, rebinding is not possible. It is recommended to use a family member’s identity to register again. The fees are really quite high, so the earlier you bind it, the more you save.
The third type: if you don’t even remember when you registered, and at the time you clicked someone else’s link or came in through an event, and that code never enabled rebate commission rights, then you can only register again.
