Mature networks need maintenance too; you can’t judge security based only on “nothing has gone wrong before.” I’m watching to see whether these capabilities can support future use, rather than treating a single fix as a guarantee of a price increase.
My view: BTC and ETH can be watched together as indicators of industry sentiment, but I wouldn’t frame the XRP fix as a direct positive for Bitcoin or Ethereum. Any rise needs to be backed by real demand for each asset.
