The hardware wallet supply-chain drama has drawn in a competitor, too.

OneKey founder Yishi announced today that the company has revoked CryptoBilis's authorized reseller status. Effective immediately, OneKey will stop onboarding new resellers and review all existing authorizations. Any reseller whose business entity or beneficial owners cannot be verified will be removed.

Confirmed: Users who bought a OneKey through CryptoBilis between March 1, 2026, and the date of this announcement—regardless of model or whether it was activated—can apply for a free replacement. It will be shipped directly by OneKey; you don't need to return the old device. Applications close on December 31.

One quick reminder: Treat your old recovery phrase as potentially compromised and move your assets to a wallet with a brand-new recovery phrase. Support will never ask for your recovery phrase or PIN—anyone who does is phishing.
