OneKey has terminated CryptoBilis’s status as an authorized reseller. Hardware wallets purchased through the channel can be replaced for free.
Founder Yishi said the authorization was revoked due to security concerns. According to NS3, in connection with reports of Ledger wallets purchased through CryptoBilis being fitted with unauthorized hardware, OneKey has not received any reports of users’ assets being stolen.
Free replacements are available for all OneKey hardware wallets purchased through CryptoBilis between March 1, 2026, and the date of the announcement. Eligible users can apply by December 31, 2026, regardless of device model or condition. OneKey also announced that it will immediately stop accepting new resellers and review the authorization status of all existing authorized resellers.
