Bitcoin closed the week above $83,000, according to Benjamin Cowen, founder of ITC Crypto. He said bulls still control the market, while bears need to prove that control has shifted to them.

Cowen also shared his views on dollar-cost averaging during the second half of U.S. midterm election years. His assessment is based on his experience in previous cycles.

According to Cowen, this strategy worked in 2018 and 2022. He expects a similar outcome in 2026, but this is his personal expectation, not a confirmed result.
