OKX Hot Wallet 3 just received 9,387.9 $ETH , worth approximately 23.86 million USDT.
The wallet now holds a total of 39,444 ETH. When funds of this size move into an exchange, it usually means a major investor is rebalancing their portfolio or getting ready to make a move, so short-term volatility is likely to increase.
