Over the past 24 hours (as of around 08:50 Beijing time on October 11), $MAGIC was trading at about $0.09550, down roughly 23.4%, with a range of about $0.09260–$0.1639. Binance spot trading volume was about $570,000.

After nearly doubling the day before, MAGIC plunged today, giving back much of its gains—a classic aftermath of extreme speculation. The gaming-chain narrative is nothing new; the sharp rallies and sell-offs are driven more by momentum and deleveraging after a sudden surge in trading volume. Those who bought the top and got caught now face the test of rapidly deteriorating liquidity.

My take: Treat a move of this magnitude as a warning about volatility, not a free signal. Don’t chase it if you haven’t researched the project’s fundamentals. Set clear exit conditions, and size your position based on what you can afford to lose. If trading volume quickly dries up while the price remains at an extreme level, that often signals distribution or an impending short-seller counterattack.

When looking at market details, short-term trading volume and order book depth matter more than the story. Setting alerts at key retracement levels is more useful than watching calls to buy or sell. Keep an eye on broader risk sentiment too: Is BTC holding steady? What are U.S. stock futures doing? However strong altcoins may be, it’s hard for them to buck systemic risk over the long term.

For execution, consider scaling in: use an initial position to confirm the direction, add to it only when the structure is clear, and make sure your exit is written into your plan in advance. In emotional markets, a plan is worth more than a prediction.
