Spot ether-backed ETFs recorded net outflows of $542.1 million last week. This was their worst weekly balance since January. The trend has also spread to Solana, whose ETFs have just ended a 14-week streak of net inflows.

Ether ETFs lost $542.1 million in one week, a record since the week ended January 23.

Outflows have continued for nine sessions, reaching $697.2 million since September 29. BlackRock’s ETHA fund accounts for 88% of the outflows.

Solana ETFs lost $24.8 million, while Bitcoin funds also ended their streak of inflows.

Nine consecutive sessions of outflows

The reversal occurred in late September. On the 28th, Ether ETFs were still attracting $17.1 million. The following day, investors changed course. This shift coincides with the end of Bitcoin funds’ nine-day streak of inflows.

Since September 29, outflows have reached $697.2 million over nine sessions. Last week alone accounted for $542.1 million in net outflows. You have to go back to the week ended January 23, marked by $611.2 million in outflows, to find a balance this negative (SoSoValue data). Tuesday weighed particularly heavily on this result, with $201.9 million in outflows.
