BTC’s daily-chart pullback structure is currently sitting in this zone. On the four-hour chart, volume hasn’t expanded during the pullback, suggesting selling pressure isn’t sustained and this looks more like a change of hands than distribution. The key support zone has been tested repeatedly without breaking, a structure that often precedes an upward recovery.
I’m watching how well price is being supported above this zone. As long as there’s no high-volume breakdown, the bullish thesis remains intact. Once the first resistance zone above is reclaimed, the structure will shift from defense to offense. The risk-reward on a long position here is much more favorable than chasing the price higher.
