Next week will determine whether October becomes a month of 😄 gains (Uptober) or a month of collapse (Rektober).

Monday: U.S. markets resume trading after sanctions on Russian diesel are lifted. Lower fuel prices could help, but any new attacks on energy facilities could hurt markets.

Tuesday: Jobs and housing data. Weak figures will revive recession fears, while strong figures will keep concerns about interest rate hikes alive.

Wednesday: The Consumer Price Index and core CPI. Inflation is expected to come in at around 3.6% headline and 2.5% core. A higher-than-expected reading could hit stocks and cryptocurrencies hard, while a lower reading would prompt the Federal Reserve to pause.

Thursday: The Producer Price Index and core PPI. Another inflation reading will be crucial to the Federal Reserve’s decision.

Friday: Kevin Warsh will speak. Any hawkish comments, like his remarks at Jackson Hole, could weigh on markets and push them lower.$BTC #BTC #ETH #LedgerPausesCryptoBilisSales #EvernorthCompletesSPACMergerWithArmadaII
