Current market conditions are almost exactly what we had all hoped for:
1. Poor liquidity
2. Continued range-bound trading
3. Neither longs nor shorts are entering at high frequency
4. Bearish signals on the daily chart
5. Bounces are not rallying sharply
6. Liquidation levels above the market continue to build up
7. Long-side limit orders at lower levels are no longer increasing
8. Short sentiment remains stable (the average holding time has not decreased)
9. No spot distribution by high-selling IDs
Note: Next week, we can look for opportunities to short at higher levels and go long at lower levels. Then, wait for the market to continue ranging for more than two weeks before entering directly with a trend-following long position.
