On October 9, U.S. spot bitcoin:native ETFs ended a two-day outflow streak, recording a modest net inflow of about $21.1 million. This suggests that some support is beginning to emerge for BTC, but it is not yet strong enough to confirm a broad return of capital. BTC ETF data

Meanwhile, spot ethereum:native ETFs recorded net outflows of about $56.1 million, marking nine consecutive trading days without a net inflow. The pace of outflows is slowing, but investors remain cautious. ETH ETF data

The macro environment has not fully improved either. The U.S. 10-year Treasury yield briefly climbed to 5.35%, while Brent crude peaked near $106. High interest rates, oil prices, and geopolitical tensions continue to weigh on the valuations of risk assets. AP macro market report

So, the outlook for the coming period can be summed up in two points:

BTC needs to hold above 84,500 for the rebound to have room to continue.

ETH needs to reclaim 2,610 to move out of its weak recovery pattern.

Until then, the market is more likely to remain volatile within a broad range. Waiting patiently for key levels to be confirmed is more important than trying to guess the direction at mid-range prices.

Do you think this decline has completed its shakeout, or will the market retest its lows after the rebound?
