Wallets and Security | How can you verify a transfer using a block explorer?
Transfers within the same exchange are usually not recorded on-chain, so you can’t find them on a block explorer.
A block explorer only reads public on-chain data. You don’t need to connect a wallet to look up a transaction. If a page asks you to connect your wallet before you can view details, it’s probably a fake.
To look up the transfer $ETH , use an Ethereum block explorer and search for the transaction hash or address to see the details. Current: 2500.31.
Only download wallet software for your computer from official sources. Don’t download software from unknown sources.
