After the large bearish candle on October 9 broke below the 0.008 neckline on heavy volume, the price rebounded to the 0.0076–0.0080 range and consolidated weakly, with volume noticeably shrinking—a typical weak rebound. It has now retested and broken below the flag’s lower boundary at 0.007712. This is a genuine breakout, with an approximate risk-reward ratio of 1:3.51.
Key levels: 0.008 above is both the previous neckline and a round-number level, creating double resistance. Below, the first level to watch is 0.0073 (around the October 9 low), followed by 0.0067. Aggressive buying accounted for 47.2% of volume on the breakout candle, with selling pressure dominant.
Risk level: If the 2h candle closes back above 0.008 on increased volume, this breakdown will be invalidated. There’s no need to stubbornly hold the position.
