Just took a quick look at the data, and there’s something going on.

$STRK 48-hour gain is close to 50%, the price is 0.11, and trading volume is 98M—that volume is way out of the ordinary. This isn’t just a little blip; real money is coming in. But here’s the thing: $BTC is as steady as ever, up just 0.33%, and the funding rate is still negative at -0.0023. That tells me the broader market sentiment hasn’t followed at all.

My guess is that the project team is pumping it themselves, or there’s some bit of inside news that hasn’t come out yet. Should you chase it? My answer is no. If the whales are pumping it themselves, you’ll just be the one left holding the bag. A 30% pullback would be getting off easy—you could end up stuck at the top for ages.

As for NFP, what does it mean when a coin drops 65% in a day? That’s not a correction; that’s a brutal wipeout. A drop like that usually means the project is dead or there’s been major bad news. The dip buyers are still on their way in, while the bears have already made a killing. I’ve seen this happen countless times in the crypto world. V-shaped reversals are few and far between; 99% of the time, it’s just the struggle before going to zero.

The market as a whole is seeing lower volume right now, and $BTC is moving sideways around 83,000. The bears haven’t even started pushing yet, so don’t rush in.

With a move this disconnected from the broader market, ask yourself before getting in: Where’s the news? Is there enough liquidity to get out? You’ll see things clearly once you’ve asked yourself those questions.
