Here’s the most comprehensive recap of the Chinese-language launch AMA for Binance Intelligence: a guide to what Binance AI is all about.
The livestream was hosted by sisi @sisibinance, opened by Binance co-founder He Yi @heyibinance, followed by product team members Jeff @taida88 and Jackson @0xOar taking turns to explain the products, and wrapped up with an extended community AMA.
In a nutshell: Binance’s main focus this year is “blockchain + AI.” Its AI products are built in three layers—Binance AI, free for everyone; Binance AI Pro, an advanced financial agent; and AgentOS, for developers. The ultimate goal is “financial equality.”
I. Opening: Electricity and the light bulb have been invented, but everyone’s still in a “candle factory”
Yijie said the last time she had an in-person conversation like this was at an event in Hong Kong, where she spoke about Binance becoming the financial infrastructure of the future.
She made this comparison: AI is like electricity and the light bulb—they’ve already been invented, but many products and user experiences are still stuck in the “candle factory” era**. There really are plenty of “candles” in the candlestick charts people look at every day, but the experiences that should be illuminated haven’t been yet. Looking at the people around us, that’s certainly the situation.
This year, every change to Binance products has been driven by blockchain and AI technologies.
II. What Binance has done over the past year
1. Fully customizable home page
Long-press the button at the bottom to set your frequently used features. Long-press any tile on the home page to add content you follow. Information you’re not interested in will gradually appear less often.
Swipe left to enter your profile and right to open your inbox. Chats with friends and interactions in the square will all show up there.
2. Trading is no longer limited to crypto assets
A large number of traditional financial products launched this year, including precious metals (gold and silver) and many traditional stocks. They’ve been well received by users.
Yijie’s exact words: “In trading, Binance has captured half the industry.”
3. Wealth management: Trading is something you follow; wealth management is part of life
Platform users currently hold over $180 billion in assets.
Wealth management products have launched, including structured products and stock recurring investments.
Funds and quantitative teams whose returns are displayed on the platform are all identity-verified. Quant teams with strong returns are welcome to join the VIP program, where the platform can help raise funds and find AUM. Users who don’t trade often can choose quantitative strategies that match their preferences.
She repeatedly reminded everyone that funds can gain or lose value, and that everyone should manage risk carefully.
4. Payments: Wealth management is part of life; payments are part of everyday life
In Japan, Vietnam, and many Latin American countries, people can already use Binance Pay for everyday payments. More countries will be added in the future.
It’s gradually becoming a reality: “Why go anywhere else? Binance has it all.”
5. On-chain products
The wallet spent the past year getting its core features ready (as everyone can clearly see), but there’s still a lot to learn. The on-chain experience is being refined together with community users.
More leaderboards, clearer on-chain data, and more signals are on the way.
6. Square: A place where people who feel misunderstood can find their kind of crowd
Many people in crypto feel isolated: outsiders think the industry is strange, and even if you make money, your family and friends may think you’re “wasting your time.”
Binance Square helps you find like-minded people and gives talented creators a stage. Great content can easily get buried on large platforms. Exceptional creators can contact the Square team for greater reach and support.
Yijie emphasized that even the best technology must ultimately serve users. It should simply support them behind the scenes.
People used to talk about defeating Wall Street, but she said in Hong Kong that it’s actually a process of **integration**—like the darkest moment before dawn, when light gradually breaks through the clouds and gilds their edges. The world isn’t simply black or white; progress is gradual and spirals upward.
III. This year’s major highlight: Binance Intelligence
The overarching strategy is **All in AI**, with products across three layers:
1. Binance AI—easy for beginners to use, completely free
The goal is to make investing accessible to everyone: present mature on-chain analysis, investment analysis, and methods from different schools of thought in the simplest possible format for people with no investing background. Help them understand the underlying logic of investing, the different approaches, and which one they identify with.
Everything is free and will be rolled out to all users within the next 7 days.
2. Binance AI Pro—a more advanced product
If you already have a basic investment framework and strategies you lean toward, but can’t code and aren’t part of a quant team, you can use natural language to build an “upgraded” strategy tool through conversation.
3. AgentOS—for people who use AI to build products
You can use skills others have already built or create your own strategies on the Binance platform. In the future, successful Agents built with AgentOS will be recommended to users across the platform.
Yijie said that beyond large models, computing power, and vibe coding, Binance’s real strengths are its **brand, security guardrails, data, and users**: Nine years of accumulated data is passed through layer upon layer of security guardrails into AI products, turning AI from something out of reach into something ordinary people can actually use.
IV. Binance AI in depth: A private AI assistant, available 24/7
As the product video put it: “Users in this era have never lacked information. What they really lack is an AI that knows and understands them.”
Based on your trading activity and interests, it generates a personalized market view that focuses on what matters to you across stocks, spot, and futures.
Get personalized market briefs, real-time trends, and news every day, plus insights into your assets and profits and losses—all without switching between news, social media, and asset pages. Track the S&P 500, crude oil, gold, and cryptocurrencies.
Generative UI technology: Agents generate interfaces that display the products and analysis most relevant to you on the app’s market page. Smart prompts appear for products you haven’t used, highlighting features you might like.
After you buy, it continuously tracks price, trading volume, smart money activity, and on-chain whale flows. It can also learn from top investors’ holdings and show what outstanding traders are watching.
Before a trade, it analyzes your holdings and identifies risks; during the trade, it provides real-time updates; afterward, it automatically generates a review.
Supports multi-turn conversations: Follow-up questions are answered based on the article, your intent, and the conversation context, providing the fastest path from “What happened?” to “What should I do?”
The core idea: Contextual support wherever you are, not a one-size-fits-all solution
V. Binance AI Pro in depth: An AI financial Agent for every Binance user
First, to clarify: The AI Pro beta has been live for more than six months and has received extensive real-world feedback. Models are also improving rapidly, so this isn’t a minor update—it’s a **comprehensive upgrade to the underlying architecture, models, and tasks it can perform**.
Just describe your goal in natural language, and it turns your idea into a strategy or automated task that’s easy to understand, approve, and run over the long term.
Example: “Alert me when BTC funding rates and prices diverge significantly, and once the conditions are met, open a short or long futures position within my fund limit.”** AI Pro breaks this down into trigger conditions, searches for data in its native database, and writes the logic, risk limits, actions, and stop conditions—all without any coding.
Three core features (addressing three pain points):
1. Simple: A Binance account gives you your own financial Agent—no need to install another Agent platform or configure an environment or API. You can choose from globally renowned models, from cost-effective options to more capable flagship models.
2. Safe, transparent, and controllable: Financial applications have almost no margin for error, and AI can hallucinate. Before any strategy goes live, a visual canvas will show you:
What triggers it, what data it uses, what decision it makes, what action it takes, and when it stops;
Strategies go live only after confirmation, and the system operates solely within the approved strategy and permission boundaries. Any expansion of permissions or changes to fund limits will require your confirmation again**. **Automated transactions involving funds are isolated from the main account through a separate sub-account**, with Binance-grade permissions, security, and risk controls.
3. Financial capabilities built in from the start: The real challenge isn’t writing prompts or code; it’s finding reliable data sources, connecting APIs, handling account permissions, and ensuring stable long-term operation.
The new AI Pro integrates a wealth of verified market, account, research, notification, and trading capabilities. It automatically selects the right ones, so you don’t have to find APIs or maintain servers yourself.
Launch timeline: The new AI Pro is expected to officially launch in mid-to-late October. Keep an eye on official announcements.
VI. AgentOS: Connect external models and Agents
Whether it’s DeepSeek, Anthropic’s Claude, GPT-based Agents, other large models, or your own Agent, they can all connect to Binance.
It can access Binance liquidity, the full API structure, CeFi and DeFi trading tools, payment protocols, Agents, and wallet accounts; all integrations are subject to review and approval.
VII. The ultimate community AMA Q&A
The second half of the livestream was an open Q&A, with Yijie and the product team responding to questions one by one. The key questions are summarized below:
1. What advantages does Binance AI have over other fine-tuned AI tools on the market?
Security guardrails: Use it within the Binance account system for stronger security;
Data advantage: Most code on GitHub is public, but trading and financial data are rarely available for free. Clean data is an essential foundation.
Investment threshold: Yijie put it plainly: In finance and quantitative trading, an annual net investment of $100 million is the threshold. It doesn’t necessarily determine who wins, but it creates a barrier to entry;
Jeff added that Binance AI has access to user-authorized data from within the platform, on-chain smart money, global breaking news, and trending sentiment across the web. It uses different models to collect, analyze, and personalize information, and syncs in real time with your holdings and watchlist—something other platforms can’t do.
Yijie summed it up: **“If you can’t get security right, nothing else matters.”**
2. Will it personalize recommendations based on my holdings and trading habits? Will my data be used for training? Can I opt out?
Personalization will be based on your authorization. Data falls into two categories: data generated through Agent operations will be used to tailor your personal Agent to your habits; data about your holdings on the platform will also be added to your user profile if you authorize it.
Whether data is used for training and whether users can opt out: User data mining hasn’t gone that deep yet, and the suggestion to add an opt-out will be given serious consideration.
3. Will users be treated differently based on their assets, VIP level, and so on?
There’s no preferential treatment. It’s essentially about recommendation logic and user categorization. Yijie said she’s a typical non-trading user, so showing her trading content would be pointless. The more you interact with the platform, the more accurate the recommendations become—a system similar to TikTok’s category tags.
4. Can my phone become a butler like Iron Man’s JARVIS?
It automatically manages things based on your habits—futures, grid trading, and preferred financial products—and then asks you to confirm permissions. It can proactively recommend stock arbitrage strategies, track unusual stock movements based on your holdings, and execute trades. That’s exactly what the team is aiming for.
Personal Agents need to adapt to each user’s habits. Proactive notifications are planned for the next version. Around 1,000 different capabilities can already be orchestrated, including news-driven strategies related to the Federal Reserve and elections.
Yijie said: “What you want is already on the way. I hope everyone can have an Agent like Iron Man’s.”
5. Will products shift from “feature-driven” to “intent-driven” and restructure their information architecture?
Yijie agrees with “Less is more.” The biggest problem is that there’s too much content and beginners can’t understand it. The home page is now fully customizable, and even the Binance home pages on coworkers’ phones all look different.
In the future, you’ll be able to assign tasks to AI through conversation while still keeping track of the market movements, breaking news, smart money, and outstanding traders you follow.
She also mentioned that Apple and TikTok are products that have lowered barriers to zero. Binance hopes to make finance, trading, and payments just as accessible, so it has started working on voice input and output. In the future, typing might not even be necessary.
Jeff added that Binance is already shifting from feature-driven to intent-driven products. However, given its financial responsibilities and compliance requirements, **AI can retrieve information and select assets, but users must confirm the final trading decision**. The Agent economy will also need Agent identity and trust layers, which will be a key focus for the next stage.
6. Can it connect to Web3 wallets and help AI explore on-chain opportunities?
It’s in the works, and an AI floating window is already visible in the app. Binance has launched Agent Wallet, which can connect to various Agent platforms to use Web3 skills and can also copy-trade smart money directly on-chain.
The new AI Pro will make Web3 capabilities, as well as spot and futures trading on the main platform, callable “atomic capabilities” that can be freely orchestrated.
Example: You make a profit on spot trading and put it into a wealth management product. Even if the return is just $10 (a “10-buck legend”), you can have the Agent transfer that $10 to your Agent Wallet to trade memes.
On-chain skills are available in both AgentOS and AI Pro, but the experience still needs work. The next step is to integrate them in a structured way and make them easier to use as soon as possible.
7. Can AI Pro access granular, minute-level and order-flow data (funding rates, open interest, long/short ratios) for quantitative backtesting?
AgentOS already offers some public data. AI Pro will provide higher-quality data—not just minute-level data, but also real-time WebSocket data that supports polling requirements;
More than 1,000 data requirements have been planned, covering news, U.S. stock prices, and various technical indicators. If the community needs it, the team will build it.
Providing historical data directly is difficult, but the platform supports backtesting. Accurate backtesting takes substantial engineering work and will be developed gradually. AI Pro will do its best to support backtesting for the vast majority of strategies.
8. How are the cloud architecture and multiple models set up?
Each strategy gets a **dedicated cloud sandbox** that stays online—unlike Codex or Claude Code, which stop when you turn off your computer. Strategies run 24/7, each with its own sub-account.
The first version offers a choice of models and subscription plans; **the version expected around November will support connecting your own LLM API key.
9. Will you make a product like Manus?
AI Pro is currently the closest fit, but it will focus on trading first and gradually expand its capabilities. Binance won’t build an all-purpose conversational AI; it will always focus on finance;
Asked about its harness (orchestration framework), the team revealed that it was built in-house, and that opening it up for the community to develop together hasn’t been ruled out.
10. What else can AI do besides strategy trading?
At its core, an Agent orchestrates “atomic capabilities” such as payments, Web3, wealth management, spot, and futures trading, like LEGO bricks. It can manage assets, find better wealth management products, generate tax forms based on your holdings, join events, run grid strategies, and more;
A strategy marketplace will launch in the future, where everyone can share all kinds of fun ideas as UGC. The official team will make the infrastructure reliable and provide all the building blocks; what people create with them is up to their imagination.
11. Can Agents I develop connect to Binance and make money there?
You’re welcome to build on AgentOS. Binance provides the tools and user base, and you’ll get paid when users use your Agent. However, security boundaries and information guardrails must be reviewed and refined individually, so not everything is guaranteed to run right away.
12. Will Square offer AI-assisted content creation and content curation?
Binance AI already uses Square as one of its data sources. The team will discuss creator-focused tools for collecting, processing, and publishing content with their colleagues at Square. It’s not a top priority right now, but the feedback has been heard.
13. Can strategies previously run on GPT/Claude with the Binance API be migrated to AI Pro?
In theory, the new AI Pro can support these data capabilities, but migrating everything with one click isn’t simple and will require cooperation from the Codex and Claude Code teams. The migration is scheduled, and it will most likely be possible. The team will follow up individually with a plan.
14. Can Binance Chat automatically push information like a Telegram bot?
A developer (a traditional programmer) said they want to send timely data and insights to their followers in Binance Chat, but currently can only post manually, one message at a time. Most of their followers are beginners, so they can’t direct them to Telegram or tell them to use a VPN;
Yijie responded that she would pass the feedback on to the Chat product team and add it to the pipeline—for example, one-click sharing of prepared educational articles and automatic publishing of prepared content, creating a closed loop within the ecosystem.
15. Can missing historical data from 2022 and 2023 be filled in?
The team will investigate why data is missing from the data.binance.com database and fill in what it can. Public data may be available through open-source skills; private data won’t be provided. For missing personal data, contact the team directly and someone will follow up.
16. Can the candlestick pattern screener add time periods and candle intervals? Can “For You” deliver recommendations based on my holdings?
The pattern screener is still in beta; time selections and candlestick intervals are both planned;
“For You” is a key focus for personalization: Market Brief delivers news based on your holdings and watchlist; alerts cover multiple intervals—30 seconds, 60 seconds, 3 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, and 1 hour—and include on-chain whales and smart money; trade ideas are matched to your holdings; and “Yesterday’s Review” uses AI to analyze how your holdings performed and why. Updates will come every two weeks.
17. What will trading look like three to five years from now?*
Yijie imagined a future where you could say something like “Buy $100,000 worth of BTC at $75,000,” and AI would execute it without you having to navigate a complex trading interface;
She’s impatient when placing orders herself. If price movements cause an order to fail, she has to wait around. AI can help execute orders within specified conditions;
In the future, AI Pro will recommend structured strategies based on whether you’re a holder or a trader, and whether you prefer dollar-cost averaging or grid trading. You’ll just need to tap to confirm.
VIII. Yijie’s reminder: Don’t trade memes by “reading between the lines”—make your own decisions
She said she hadn’t posted much on X for a long time. Many people see memes as a chance to “take a gamble and turn a bicycle into a motorcycle,” scrutinizing her and CZ’s posts for hidden meanings;
But **the tokens that took off in the last cycle didn’t do so because people read between the lines**. Reading between the lines has now become a way for some token-launch groups to make money. She urged everyone to be cautious with their money, avoid FOMO and being led by others, and make independent decisions.
IX. Yijie speaks candidly about trust and her health
She thanked everyone for their trust over the years: When the market moves, people who make money DM her saying “I love you,” while those who lose money accuse her of dumping on them;
Binance’s core principle is to earn only what it should—fees—not to bet against users or take a cent from them, but to provide a platform and keep improving it;
She looked back on this year: at the start of the year, she said Binance would do TradFi, and U.S. stock trading has now captured “half the industry”; she said it would do AI, and the upgrade launched in October; she said it would do on-chain, and **RWA holding addresses on BNB Chain have now surpassed 2 million**. The roadmap is clear; what matters in the end is who delivers more;
On the personal news everyone was concerned about, she shared the good news herself: she was pregnant earlier this year, but lost the baby because she was so exhausted. Now she’s pregnant again—the little one said, “I want this mom.”
My workload hasn’t decreased lately, but I’m feeling great physically and mentally. Thanks for checking in—I’ll keep working hard.
X. Closing remarks
Sisi reminded everyone to watch for announcements about the new product “**Binance Intelligence**” and encouraged more people to share livestream highlights with the community.
Yijie concluded: **Where you put your money is where you place your trust. Keep sharing your feedback—let’s grow together and build the financial infrastructure of the future!**
So let’s keep building #BNB!
