I'm using a trading strategy where I divide my total capital in half, then divide each half into 30 chunks. The exact point where I enter the trade doesn't matter too much; I start with three chunks. As the trade drops by 5%, 10%, or 15%, I add three chunks at a time to balance out my initial position. This is all based on the belief that we're in a bull market and on having enough capital to weather the downturns. (This is not investment advice.)
