【HBAR at this price—how many people are stuck holding the bag?】

Trading volume keeps shrinking. This isn’t consolidation; the market has forgotten about it.

If you’re still holding, you’ve probably felt it—the price barely moves from day to day, like stagnant water. Every now and then it jumps a fraction of a percent, but that’s about it. What really stings, though, is looking at your cost basis, right? That number looks like a joke now.

An 84% drop. What does that mean? You went in thinking, “I’ll sell when it doubles,” and now it has to rise fivefold just for you to break even. This isn’t an isolated case—the entire ecosystem is playing dead.

I’ve said it before: the thing crypto fears most isn’t a crash; it’s being forgotten. BTC dominance has climbed to 59%, and mainstream capital is huddling together for warmth. A non-mainstream project like HBAR naturally gets pushed to the sidelines. Low trading volume doesn’t just mean fewer buyers and sellers—it means institutions have stopped paying attention, whales have stopped touching it, and even the market manipulators don’t think it’s worth their time.

What about the business case? Honestly, I’m not optimistic, at least not in the short term. Hedera’s high-frequency DAG use cases sound great, but the actual user base isn’t enough to justify its valuation. There are enterprise partnerships, sure, but the pace of real-world enterprise adoption... you know how it is. The crypto market doesn’t have the patience to wait.

I’m not saying all this to tell you to sell at a loss. I’m saying you need to think clearly: whether you hold on or wait to break even and sell, you need a timeframe in mind. Holding without one just means living with constant anxiety. You might as well step away for a breather.

What’s your mindset right now? Is anyone still stubbornly holding on?
