Objectively speaking, $VVV just hit a new 24-hour high, but failed to hold. It's now at 22.96, back below the previous high of 23.035.
I've seen plenty of these rallies that fade. A genuine breakout usually reclaims the level quickly; if it can't get back above it for a while, that's cause for caution. I'll wait and see.
