BTC sat around 83,000 all day, barely moving—it was like the market had closed early. ETH made a token effort, moving less than 1%. Volume was muted too; neither bulls nor bears could be bothered to make a move at these levels.

All the money ran into altcoins.

Main theme: the old blockchains are rising from the dead en masse. $STRK has climbed for two days straight, gaining another 49% today. Its volume hit 600 million USDT, the highest in the market, and the money shows no sign of leaving. Old names like CFX and ERA came back to life too, while TIA quietly rose 20%. This is a healthy rotation—not a one-day pump.

A cautionary tale: $LUMIA surged to 0.14, then got dumped back to 0.10 in a single afternoon. Anyone who chased the high is now down 24%. When a coin gives back a quarter of its gains, it’s obvious the holders aren’t steady. Chase it and you’ll be left holding the bag.

Avoid these traps too: MAGIC is still crashing, and everyone who bought in yesterday is trapped. US fell 40% in a day. It looks lively, but it’s all knives.

My take: without a surge in BTC volume, the altcoin rally is a lightning raid. Take your bite when it’s your turn, get in and out fast, and don’t get attached. Never average down on coins that spike and then sell off; low-volume rebounds are all fake-outs. Tomorrow, keep an eye on volume: if it picks up, the trend can continue; if it stays low, just watch from the sidelines.

Don’t be like me—I watched STRK all day and didn’t dare buy a single coin. That’s just my luck.
