DOGE is leading—are the others following?

If the leader isn't seeing volume, I’m not listening to a single small-cap story.

For memes, first check whether the leader has volume, then see whether the small caps dare to follow.

WIF 0.2187(+4.04%), PEPE 0.00000405(+3.85%), BONK 0.00000342(+2.40%), DOGE 0.0861(+1.82%)

For comparison: BTC 83021(24h +0.66%).

WIF at 24h +4.04% is clearly outperforming BTC at +0.66%, showing independent buying. But SHIB is only +1.48%, so there’s no sector-wide confirmation. I’m sticking to the leaders, not betting on laggards catching up.

BTC is still at 83021(+0.66%). Until BTC gets above 83,685, I’ll treat meme coins’ follow-through as noise.

If the gap between the leader and the weakest coin narrows to within 2 percentage points, the independent buying is gone, and I’ll close the position.

Data: Binance spot 24h / Binance USDⓈ-M / Yahoo daily (5-day change) / altme_fng / mempool_fees / defillama_chains / coingecko_trending. Missing figures are left blank.
When memes aren’t outperforming BTC, are you still holding them?

Takeaway: the total supply unlock schedule matters more than slogans. If the token-inflation switch is on, treat it as nothing.
Thought: ETH is weaker than BTC: liquidity is shrinking, so pause chasing altcoins on the right side.
