The Calm Before the Storm?
On October 10, 2025, the crypto market experienced a devastating day.

Today marks the one-year anniversary.

Do you remember that crash?

BTC plunged sharply in a short period, more than $19 billion in leveraged positions were liquidated, and countless traders watched helplessly as their account balances shrank.

Altcoins fared even worse, with some plunging 40% or more in a short time.

A year has passed.

I want to ask one question:

If a similar market move happens again, will you be ready?

The market will never tell you in advance when the next extreme move is coming.

It could be breaking news, a sudden change in the macro environment, or a cascade of liquidations from heavily leveraged positions.

When everyone thinks the market will keep rising, risk may be building up.

And when the market suddenly crashes and liquidity disappears, many people don’t even have time to set a stop-loss.

But for those who are truly prepared, a sharp drop isn’t necessarily just a risk.

It could also create rare trading opportunities.

Experienced traders rarely commit all their funds at once. Instead, they keep some liquidity in reserve, plan their entry ranges in advance, and look for opportunities in stages during extreme market moves.

Of course, a sharp drop doesn’t mean the bottom is in.

Some assets will rebound, while others may continue to fall.

So what really matters isn’t predicting the date of the next crash, but thinking ahead:

If it does happen, what will you do?

Never use up all your ammunition in advance just to seize one opportunity.

The market offers opportunities every day, but your capital can only be depleted so many times.

You can miss a rally, but don’t let one extreme market move define your trading career.

History doesn’t simply repeat itself, but human greed, fear, and cascades of leveraged liquidations may play out again and again.

Do you think the crypto market will see another extreme move like 10·10 in the coming year? $ETH
