My hardware wallet has prompted me to enable “blind signing.” Should I turn it on?
My understanding: The risk with signing is that the blockchain only checks whether the signature is valid, not whether the signer understands what they’re signing.
Early signing methods like eth_sign can sign any hash, which could be a transaction. Some wallets have already disabled it by default.
For context, the market is at: $ETH , current price 2497.57 (24h +0.51%).

This is just my personal opinion, not a basis for buying or selling.
