That’s higher than the May estimate of $52 billion, but still roughly half of last year’s pace. The first half was driven mainly by Bitcoin purchases by Strategy and venture capital funding, while spot fund flows and futures positions improved markedly in the third quarter, turning positive for the year as a whole.
