Grok Bot is starting to roll out its own dedicated inbox, which can be used to sign up for services, contact businesses, and schedule appointments.
The feature was announced by the official account in the early hours of October 10, Taiwan time, and is still being rolled out gradually. For team users, an admin needs to enable it, so seeing the announcement doesn’t necessarily mean it’s immediately available.
The discussion in the comments has expanded to include how the inbox will be managed going forward. One user asked: If they cancel their Grok Bot subscription, what happens to the accounts they signed up for with its inbox?
So far, no official answer has appeared in the public replies reviewed. At this stage, we can confirm that the official account announced the inbox’s intended uses, but the announcement alone doesn’t establish what happens to inbox retention or access after a subscription is canceled.
