Once I get back home and have a chance to rest, I’ll share how even people on a tight budget can confidently travel to Singapore. You don’t need anyone to show you around or a group to travel with—I’ve been getting around on my own these past few days.

I don’t speak English either. I have to piece the words together one by one, and my grammar isn’t great. No one’s been showing me around, so wherever I go, I use AI to translate and ask questions, and I rely on Google Maps. I’ll share everything about my experience over these few days, including what you’ll need.

I’ve spent less than US$100 on the subway, taxis, and buses over the past few days.

Accommodation is a bit pricey, but I know there are also nice, affordable places to stay. Flights are a fixed expense, so there’s no real way to save on those.

As for food, I’ve only had one meal this afternoon, plus a bottle of drink, and it came to less than US$20.

I’ll share how you can get passes for all kinds of dinners before you even arrive in Singapore.

Remember to turn on the reminder bell! This will be the most honest post you’ll find anywhere online.
