SVRN, a NEAR treasury company, said it has acquired FastNEAR, a NEAR infrastructure platform. According to Odaily, FastNEAR will become a wholly owned subsidiary of SVRN, and co-founders Evgeny (Eugene) Kuzyakov and Mike Purvis will join the SVRN team.

FastNEAR provides high-performance RPC infrastructure for NEAR applications and supports much of NEAR's data layer, including server clusters that handle network read and write operations, archival infrastructure that stores full transaction histories, and NEARDATA, a data source for developers working with historical records.
