📚【Learning Series】Why does the price keep getting pushed back at the same level?

Recently, $BTC has been fluctuating around 82790, down 0.55% over 24h. $ETH is at 2494, down 0.46%, while BNB is up 0.71% against the trend at 747.89, and SOL has pulled back 1.28% to 109.67. Many people are asking: why is 87,000 such a tough level to break through?

This brings us to two concepts every beginner should learn: support and resistance.

1️⃣ Resistance: When the price rises near a level several times and then falls back, it means selling pressure is concentrated above. Think of it as a ceiling. If the price has hit it three times without breaking through, be cautious in the short term.

2️⃣ Support: When the price drops near a level and then rebounds, it means there are buyers stepping in below. Think of it as a floor.

3️⃣ Triangle consolidation: When the lows keep rising while the highs are capped at the same level, price swings get smaller and smaller. This often means the market is about to choose a direction. Don’t chase pumps or panic-sell—wait for the candle to close and hold above or below the level before confirming. That’s a safer approach.

A little exercise: Open a daily chart, draw a line connecting the last three highs, then draw another connecting the lows. You’ll be able to see your own trading map.

When you look at charts, do you usually mark support and resistance first, or just look at the percentage change? Share your approach in the comments 👇
